We experience and learn a lot of new things on Kullect. One subject in particular is the art of “Trictography” - a Kullect set created by member Sola-Burttie @burttie - an electrical engineer whose hobby is trick photography.
This Nigerian electrical engineer and avid photographer created the unique and intriguing Kullect set to showcase his passion for illusionary photos.

Spotlight: Alison @monkeydottir
Creative, artsy and ultra-crafty describe this week’s spotlight Kullect member, Alison. During the holidays, she shared her theremin with paper cone wreath, and ornaments she made with old newspaper. She is living proof that chic decorating doesn’t have to break the bank. With a keen eye and a clever imagination, this Kullect member has turned every day household goods into pretty items while “decorating on the cheap”.
In addition to crafts, Alison is a fan of “Art by Others”, and she herself is also an artist as showcased in “My Art”. Whether it’s a nap time toy sketch of “Sophie the Giraffe”, or the colorful “Love Monster”, her style is unique, personal and whimsical. We love that she shares her talent and gifts with us.
